WASHINGTON, July 13, 2009 – The NTIA and RUS have hit the road through a series of nine workshops, seeking to explain and answer questions about the BTOP/BIP Notice of Funds Availability that the agencies released on July 1. On Friday, the agencies also made broadband grant applications available online.
