Satellite Industry Group Announces New Board
WASHINGTON, January 14, 2010 – The Satellite Industry Association has announced its new board of directors for this year. David Cavossa, who is vice president of operations for CapRock Government Solutions, will serve as the association’s chairman of the board for 2010.

Leslie Blaker of Rockwell Collins will join him on the board in the position of vice chairman, and Jennifer Warren of Lockheed Martin’s Washington operations will become SIA treasurer.
Association President Patricia Cooper commended the new board members, saying in a statement: “Their experience, enthusiasm and vision will serve SIA’s leadership well, particularly as we enter our 15th year serving the satellite industry. “
