WASHINGTON, September 7, 2010 – Seth Cooper has joined the Free State Foundation think tank as a full-time research fellow.

Prior to joining FSF, Cooper was telecommunications and information technology task force director and amicus counsel for the American Legislative Exchange Council. Additionally, he was an adjunct fellow at FSF for the last year.
Cooper also has been staff counsel for the Senate Republican Caucus of the Washington State Senate.
“The next several years will be very important ones with respect to the development of sound communications policy and other public policies,” said Cooper.
