In her capacity as Senior Government Affairs Manager, **Caroline Treschitta** (she/her & they/them) spearheads the implementation of NSC’s federal advocacy strategy while conducting thorough analyses of workforce development and education policies at the federal level and actively engaging partners nationwide, fostering opportunities for them to showcase their impactful work to key stakeholders in Congress and the administration.

**Melissa Newman** is Vice President of Government Relations at the Telecommunications Industry Association, and is a skilled public policy executive, effective advocate, attorney and strategic negotiator. She is a solutions-focused professional with executive level management, public policy, legal, regulatory, and legislative experience in the private sector and federal government. She has proven success in applying strategic thinking to achieving corporate goals, and is known for building strategic partnerships and alliances. 

Breakfast Media LLC CEO **Drew Clark** has led the Broadband Breakfast community since 2008\. An early proponent of better broadband, better lives, he initially founded the Broadband Census crowdsourcing tool to collect and verify broadband data left unpublished by the Federal Communications Commission. As CEO and Publisher, Clark presides over the leading media community advocating for higher-capacity internet everywhere through topical, timely and intelligent coverage. Clark also served as head of the Partnership for a Connected Illinois, a state broadband initiative.

You will get an email from Broadband Breakfast with the subject line, “Secure sign in link for Broadband Breakfast.” Click the orange button that says “Sign in to Broadband Breakfast.”
- Once you click that link *for the first time*, you will get another email from Broadband Breakfast that reads, “Your temporary login code is XXXXXX”
  - Use that two-factor authentication to activate your account on [https://chat.broadbandbreakfast.com](https://chat.broadbandbreakfast.com/?ref=broadbandbreakfast.com)
- Navigate to the “Community” in the upper left-hand spot of the top navigation bar.
