The group, formerly known as the Arkansas Cable Telecommunications Association, represents broadband providers across the state. The group plans to begin searching for a new executive director in the coming weeks.

During his 17-year tenure, Molinaro oversaw a period of technological and regulatory change for the cable and broadband industry, including the transition from analog cable systems to modern broadband networks.

**Len Pitcock**, regional vice president of [Cox Communications](https://www.cox.com/residential/home.html?ref=broadbandbreakfast.com) and chairman of the association’s board, said in a statement that Molinaro had “seen it all in his time with our industry,” calling him “a tremendous asset to our association.”
