Mayor Stephen Cassidy of San Leandro joins the growing group of cities that are calling for high-speed internet to be seen as the infrastructure that it is. He calls for support of Assembly Bill 2292, for the creation of infrastructure financing districts, for “Internal improvements” through broadband.
