The Regional Broadband Summit will kick off at **9:00am MST** with a keynote conversation from **Federal Communications Commissioner Mignon Clyburn**, facilitated by Next Century Cities Executive Director Deb Socia. At **12:30pm MST, Congressman Andy Biggs** **(AZ-05)** and **Mesa, Arizona Mayor John Giles** will come together for a conversation on broadband needs and examples of broadband success in the region.

The regional summit will also feature broadband champions from local government, community leaders from the Southwest, national policy experts, and federal government representatives from NTIA, Rural Utilities Service, and others.

From broadband financing to infrastructure development to smart cities, panelists will share a wealth of practical information that can help get more people online and able to tap into the opportunities that come from having high-quality internet access.
