LAS VEGAS, January 6, 2014 – Broadband Census News is reporting from the Consumer Electronics Show #CES2014 in Las Vegas.

Welcome to the International CES

I was disappointed to learn, in the CES analyst presentations on Sunday, it looks as though the year 2014 will see a global 1 percent DECLINE in tech spending for 2014, to $1.055 trillion, from an estimated $1.063 trillion in 2013. The 2013 figure represented a three percent increase on 2012 tech spending of $1.034 trillion.
