USPTO Names Teresa Stanek Rea As Deputy Director

WASHINGTON, February 18, 2010 — U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke on Thursday appointed biotech and pharma lawyer Teresa Stanek Rea as deputy director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
