WASHINGTON, May 5, 2026 — Nebraska-based broadband provider ALLO Fiber has named Shane West to succeed CEO Brad Moline, who helped found the company.
West has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of TDS Telecommunications. Moline will continue on ALLO’s board of directors and will head the company’s Leased Networks division, the company said.
“I’ve long admired ALLO’s mission and the culture the team has built. I’m honored to step into this role at such an important point in the Company’s growth,” said West.
“I look forward to working alongside this impressive team to build on that momentum as we continue expanding the network, deepening our presence in existing markets, and raising the bar for customer experience.”
