FCC Approves Qwest-CenturyLink Merger
WASHINGTON, March 21, 2011 -The Federal Communications Commission approved the merger of telecommunications carrier, Qwest Communications, and internet service provider, CenturyLink. Following the completion of the merger, Qwest will become a subsidiary of CenturyLink.
