WASHINGTON, Oct. 5, 2026 – Litigation of Dish Wireless’s bankruptcy will be paused again so the company can attempt mediation with former business partners, a judge ruled Friday.
The case, already on hold since Sept. 14 to give the two sides a breather to negotiate, will remain on ice until Nov. 4.
The grants will support broadband projects in 50 counties in the Commonwealth
Both companies had city approval to build and compete with Cable One
The deal comes after Lumos sought approval in July to build out Joplin, taking on ALLO and Cable One
Experts revisited AT&T’s 1984 breakup and the 1996 Act for lessons on regulating technology platforms.
