WASHINGTON, May 27, 2026 – The Broadband Association of Arkansas announced Tuesday that Executive Director Joe Molinaro will retire at the end of the year after leading the organization since 2008.
The group, formerly known as the Arkansas Cable Telecommunications Association, represents broadband providers across the state. The group plans to begin searching for a new executive director in the coming weeks.
During his 17-year tenure, Molinaro oversaw a period of technological and regulatory change for the cable and broadband industry, including the transition from analog cable systems to modern broadband networks.
Len Pitcock, regional vice president of Cox Communications and chairman of the association’s board, said in a statement that Molinaro had “seen it all in his time with our industry,” calling him “a tremendous asset to our association.”
