- Ed Mortimer, Vice President, Government Affairs, NextNav
- Mike Dano, Lead Industry Analyst, Ookla
- Drew Clark (moderator), CEO and Publisher, Broadband Breakfast

The dominant pursuit of Greg Guice’s career has been closing the digital divide. He firmly believes that in a digital society, no one can be left without access to affordable broadband and the skills needed to secure the economic and educational benefits access provides. Through his 14 years with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and a decade of private sector work on behalf of clients, including rural and tribal telecoms, Greg has worked strategically through the regulatory and legislative process to achieve real, tangible results to help close the digital divide.
Ed Mortimer serves as Vice President of Government Affairs at NextNav, where he leads engagement with government officials, agencies, and industry associations. As a principal advocate for developing terrestrial complement and backup systems to GPS, Ed educates policymakers—particularly on Capitol Hill—about the critical importance of resilient positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) technologies using 5G Broadband Spectrum. With over 30 years of experience, Ed has built a distinguished career at the intersection of public and private sectors, demonstrating expertise in government affairs within the technology and infrastructure domains.
Mike Dano is a Lead Industry Analyst in Ookla’s research and content team. He covers the North and South American markets, and global technology trends. Previously, Mike was a journalist covering the global telecom industry for 25 years at publications including RCR Wireless News, Fierce Network and Light Reading.
Breakfast Media LLC CEO Drew Clark has led the Broadband Breakfast community since 2008. An early proponent of better broadband, better lives, he initially founded the Broadband Census crowdsourcing tool to collect and verify broadband data left unpublished by the Federal Communications Commission. As CEO and Publisher, Clark presides over the leading media community advocating for higher-capacity internet everywhere through topical, timely and intelligent coverage. Clark also served as head of the Partnership for a Connected Illinois, a state broadband initiative.
