WASHINGTON, Nov. 2, 2026 - Cable One Inc has added Paul Keglevic to its board of directors.
The regional ISP announced that it has expanded its board of directors from eight to nine members and appointed Keglevic, 72, as a director, effective October 30, 2026. The move, disclosed in a new SEC filing, comes as the broadband provider also names Keglevic to a newly established special committee evaluating strategic alternatives.
Keglevic will stand for election by shareholders at the company’s 2027 annual meeting. His appointment fills the vacancy created by the board’s expansion and follows a recommendation from Cable One’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Keglevic brings extensive experience in corporate turnarounds and financial restructuring. He served as CEO of Energy Future Holdings Corp. from 2016 to 2018 and previously held senior roles there, including chief restructuring officer, CFO, executive vice president, and chief risk officer between 2008 and 2018.
Before Energy Future Holdings, Keglevic was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led the firm’s U.S. sector practice, and earlier worked as a partner at Arthur Andersen. He currently sits on the boards of Evergy, Inc. and Telesat Corporation, and has previously served on boards including QVC, Frontier Communications, Ascena Retail Group, Rite Aid, and Tupperware Brands.
Under his compensation arrangement, Keglevic will receive $40,000 per month, plus $7,500 per day for work outside ordinary board duties. Cable One said there are no other arrangements behind his appointment and no family relationships between Keglevic and the company’s directors or executives.
