WASHINGTON, Sept. 18, 2026 – Spectrum COO Nick Jeffery isn’t worried about competition from fixed wireless or satellite in the long term.
He said in a LinkedIn post Thursday that fixed wireless would land “at some form of equilibrium,” and that satellite would continue to be a complement for rural areas.
The Maine Public Utilities Commission chair is also stepping down
Eventually, he said the majority of Starlink’s revenue will come from government, enterprise, and mobile
Advocates in the state are wary of strings attached to accepting federal broadband funds
The agency is moving to put several additional frequencies into play.
