WASHINGTON, Oct. 5, 2026 – Lumos has acquired ALLO Fiber’s network in Joplin, Mo., the companies announced Friday.
The companies did not disclose any terms of the deal. ALLO had previously said it was investing $40 million in its in-progress Joplin build; the city has a population of about 54,000 according to the Census Bureau.
